Return & Shipping Policies

Shipping The Juice:

Because it is a treasure, I ship it in a gift box.  I decorate every gift box with some colorful and festive ribbon.  The ribbon slides off easily and back on in case you want to see inside before you gift it. (Example with holiday ribbon.)

All purchases will be shipped in a padded envelope, insured, and tracked via USPS Ground Advantage mail. I will contact you by email when your purchase has shipped, along with tracking info.  

I ship orders same or next day.  It can take 2 to 5 business days to receive your treasure - please contact me if you'll need to change your shipping method.  Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.  You can check the progress of your shipped order at USPS.com or call the USPS at (800) 222-1811 for more information.

Returning The Juice:

I want you to love the treasures that you ordered, but I understand sometimes a piece just doesn't resonate.  Please contact me if you wish a return or exchange, so that I can issue a return label for your treasure, and you can mail it to me at my cost. You have 30 days from purchase to return your item to me for refund or exchange. I do ask that the purchased jewelry be returned in the condition in which it was received, please. 

I cannot refund or exchange a damaged item until it has been shipped back to me. 

When I have received the jewelry, I will process your return immediately and notify you of reimbursement and/or process your exchanged item for shipping back to you.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item, and the difference between the cost of the returned item and the exchanged one, if there is any.

I will replace or refund any item if it is broken or lost in transit.

Please note: Custom orders and items altered per buyer's request cannot be returned or exchanged, thank you for understanding.

If your juicy treasure requires repair, I will fix or re-make it, and cover the return postage and shipping back to you for the following:

Jewelry - Within 2 years of purchase;

Keychains - Within 2 years of purchase; 

Eyeglass Chains and Lanyards - Within 3 years of purchase. 

Exception: the silicone anti-slip holders on eyeglass chains.  I cannot guarantee the duration of usefulness of these holders.  They do stretch out and require replacement.  I put an extra pair of holders with every order of eyeglass chains. Replacement holders can be found online, at Etsy or Amazon, for example, and in craft stores.  Please contact me if you have trouble finding them.
