Return & Shipping Policies
Returning The Juice:
I want you to love the treasure that you ordered, but I understand sometimes a piece just doesn't resonate. If you'd like to return it, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item and letting me know if you'd prefer a return or an exchange (the item must be in new and unused condition).
I will replace or refund any item if it is broken or lost in transit. I cannot refund or exchange a damaged item until it has been shipped back to me, but once I have received it, I will immediately notify you of reimbursement for the cost of shipping and the item and/or process your exchanged item for same or next day shipping. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item, and the difference between the cost of the returned item and the exchanged one, if there is any.
Please note: Custom orders and items altered per buyer's request items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping The Juice:
All purchases will be shipped, insured, and tracked via USPS first class mail. I will contact you by email when your purchase has shipped, along with tracking info.
I ship all orders same or next day (if received after 3:00 p.m. pst). It can take 2 to 5 business days to receive your treasure - please contact me if you'll need to change your shipping method. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. You can check the progress of your shipped order at USPS.com or call the USPS at (800) 222-1811 for more information.
