Covid-19/Shipping/Return Policies

Covid-19 Policy: 

The designer (me) does not do hands-on work when feeling ill, and always washes hands before working.  Every effort will be made to make and ship these treasures from a virus-free environment.  If I am affected by this virus, customers will be notified, orders will be cancelled and all payments returned.

Return Policy:

Undamaged and unused items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your item, and notifying me to arrange for refund or replacement.  The item must be returned in new and unused condition.  I will replace or refund any item if it should break or is lost in transit.  I cannot refund or exchange a damaged item until it has been shipped back to me. Once the item has been shipped back to me, I will reimburse the buyer with the cost of the shipping and the item.  The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item, as well as the difference between the cost of the original item and the exchanged item. Custom orders and items that were altered per buyers’ request cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy:

All purchases will be shipped, insured, and tracked via USPS first class mail. I will contact you by e-mail when your purchase has shipped along with your USPS tracking #.  I ship all orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your payment. Please contact me if you need to change your shipping method.  Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Your item could arrive earlier or later than estimated due to circumstances beyond our control. (Ex.
